And it wasn’t just about the two losses to open the Western Athletic Conference season. The Warriors also had to endure snowstorms, freezing temperatures and travel delays on their trip to Logan, Utah, and Reno, Nev.

The good news is the Warriors made it back to Honolulu safely and will get to start the new year at home. Hawaii’s next game is scheduled for Thursday against Idaho at the Stan Sheriff Center.

Due to budget restraints, warriorinsider.com was not able to travel with the team to Utah and Nevada.

  1. Been so long since I’ve seen Bill that I forgot how tall he is. The camera’s right at eye level with Vander. I would definitely have to shoot upwards. Maybe it was a good thing that the budget didn’t cover following them on this road trip. Hope they can relax now that they’re safe at home in Hawaii.
