On the Road with Bill Amis: Boise and Moscow

Senior forward Bill Amis did his part for the Hawaii basketball team last week, scoring 30 points and grabbing 10 rebounds in the Warriors’ two road games.

He also did his part for WarriorInsider.com, capturing some video moments at both Boise, Idaho, and Moscow, Idaho.

The Warriors went 1-1 on the trip, beating Boise State, then falling to Idaho.

The Warriors returned to Honolulu on Sunday, and their next game is scheduled for Monday, Feb. 14, against Nevada at the Stan Sheriff Center.

Here is Bill’s latest version of “On the Road”:

  1. Appreciate Bill’s videos, it’s always interesting to get a look at the opposition’s home court.

  2. Mahalos to Amis for taking the time to shoot these videos. Go Bill! Go Warriors!

  3. Taco Bell Arena is one of the more underrated venues in the west. With three levels tiered with a favorably vertical configuration, a symmetrical design and just the right capacity (12,000+) the old “Pavilion” makes for a great place to play/watch hoops.

Now, if only they got rid of the hideous blue/orange fill in the mid-range pockets…
