Here is the official announcement from UH Athletics, with video of the press conference above:

HONOLULU—Eran Ganot has been named the head men’s basketball coach at the University of Hawai’i at Manoa, Chancellor Robert Bley-Vroman announced during a press conference Thursday at the Stan Sheriff Center’s Ed Wong Hospitality Room.

“We are pleased to welcome Eran Ganot as he returns to the University of Hawai’i,” Bley-Vroman said. “Eran is known for his work ethic, integrity and dedication to the game. He understands the importance of our team to the people of Hawai’i. I am confident in his experience in coaching winning teams, recruiting and helping student-athletes to grow and succeed.”

Ganot is the 21st head coach of the men’s basketball program. At 33 years old, he is the second youngest to lead the Rainbow Warriors, Bruce O’Neil was 28 years old when he hired and began his four year head coaching career at UH (1973-76).

A former UH assistant coach, Ganot returns to Manoa from Saint Mary’s College in Moraga, Calif., where he served most recently as the associate head coach; earning runner-up in the West Coast Conference (WCC) standings; making an appearance in the National Invitation Tournament (NIT); and ending the season with a 21-10 record.

“This is a dream job and a dream destination of mine,” Ganot said. “From the very first time I arrived, I knew this state and the University was a special place which I’m very fond of and consider this place home. I’m excited to return to the islands and help direct the program through some very challenging times. I’m thankful for all my mentors, including coaches Randy Bennett, Riley Wallace, and Bob Nash, for helping me get to this point. I will do my very best to represent this program the right way on and off the court and in the classroom.”

At St. Mary’s, Ganot coordinated all recruiting and scouting efforts and was responsible for game scheduling. In 2013-14, he served as acting head coach for five games and tallied a 3-2 record.

Since his return to SMC in 2010-11, the Gaels have earned a record of 124-44 (73.8 winning percentage), and have been among the nation’s most consistently successful teams. During the five-year span at SMC, the Gaels made two NCAA appearances, three NIT appearances and won at least 21 games each season—including a three-year stretch in which they notched 25 wins each year.

Also during his tenure, the Gaels captured two regular-season WCC titles; appeared in the WCC Tournament championship game each year prior to this season; and claimed two conference Players of the Year—both players were coached in Ganot’s position group.

In the last five years, Ganot has coached the guards and coordinating an offense that ranked in the top 10 in points per possession and top 15 in rebound margin. He has shown a true gift for developing players while at SMC. Under his tutelage, guard Matthew Dellavedova became SMC’s all-time leader in scoring, assists, games played, free throw percentage and three-point shots; was named first team all-WCC three times; and was the 2012 WCC Player of the Year. Dellavedova was also a finalist for the 2012 Bob Cousy Collegiate Point Guard of the Year Award and continued his basketball career with the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Under Ganot’s guidance, point guard Mickey McConnell also earned first team all-WCC honors and was named the 2011 WCC Player of the Year. He is currently playing in Germany after appearing for the NBA D-League’s Texas Legends last season. McConnell was named Most Valuable Player of the 2010 WCC Tournament.

Most recently, Ganot guided Kerry Carter (2015) and Steve Holt (2014) to all-WCC first team honors, with Carter also earning a spot on the WCC All-Academic Team.

Ganot arrived at Saint Mary’s after spending four seasons (2006-10) at UH, starting out as director of basketball operations and then earning promotion to full-time assistant coach by then-coach Bob Nash after just one season. Seen as a rising star in the coaching ranks, Ganot stood out for his tireless work ethic, basketball insight and devotion to the UH program. During his first stint with the Rainbow Warriors, Ganot was responsible for recruiting, scheduling, opponent scouting and player development.

With a coaching emphasis on the UH guards, Ganot guided the development of 2008-09 National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) second team all-District 6 and second team all-Western Athletic Conference (WAC) player Roderick Flemings.

As UH’s director of basketball operations, Ganot coordinated team travel, prepared the scout team and assisted with recruiting, scheduling and film exchange, while also handling the day-to-day operation of the basketball office.

Prior to UH, Ganot spent his first three years (2003-06) as a volunteer assistant at Saint Mary’s under head coach Randy Bennett. Ganot was responsible for overseeing academics and assisted with scheduling and recruiting. He also coordinated film exchange and video breakdown. The Gaels went 61-33, at the time, the best three-year record in school history and twice appeared in the WCC Championship game during his stay. The 2004-05 squad finished 25-9 and advanced to the NCAA Tournament for just the fourth time in school history.

In 2006, Ganot received the school’s Mike Gibbons Volunteer of the Year Award.

Ganot earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Sociology/Anthropology at Pennsylvania’s academically-elite Swarthmore College in 2003. He was a four-year letterman for the Division III school and twice served as team captain, as selected by his teammates and coaches. A gym rat who played all five positions at Swarthmore, Ganot received the Dick Beppler Memorial Award his senior year, which recognized outstanding contribution to the men’s basketball team.

What People Are Sayng…

“I’m excited and honored that Eran is re-joining our basketball program and returning to a state that he cherishes and thinks so fondly of. He has demonstrated the ‘winning with integrity’ mantra that I want all of our programs to aspire to. After his two visits with his Saint Mary’s teams to the Hawaiian Airlines Diamond Head Classic, I always knew his heart was in Hawai’i and that this was a dream job for him. I’m excited for his future and for the future of our Rainbow Warrior basketball team.”
– David Matlin, Incoming Athletics Director, University of Hawai’i

“Eran has a lot of great qualities, but none better than his integrity. He is a high character, loyal and humble person. In my experience with Eran, he always exceeds expectation. He promises low and delivers high. I’ve seen him develop over the last 12 years into an outstanding coach and an even better person. I can’t begin to express how happy I am for him. This position at Hawai’i is going to be a great fit for him and for the University. We are losing a really important part of our family, but at the same time I could not be happier for him.”
– Randy Bennett, Saint Mary’s Head Coach

“Randy Bennett recommended him and that was good enough for me, because Randy’s a good friend of mine. That was the best decision we made to bring Eran on board. He’s a really smart guy, who knows basketball. He’s a players’ coach and the players will really adapt to his style. The fans will really like him. The athletics department staff will really like him. He knows Hawai’i, he loves Hawai’i, and he’s not going anywhere, he’s in this for the long haul.”
– Riley Wallace, former UH basketball head coach (1987-06)

“Eran is a great young coach, who loves Hawai’i and comes from a very good program in Saint Mary’s. He’s a great friend of mine and I’ve excited for Eran and for the University of Hawai’i and the future of the men’s basketball program.”
– Jamie Dixon, Head Coach, University of Pittsburgh Men’s Basketball

“The University of Hawai’i has made an incredible hire. Eran is one of the best young coaches in the country. Not only is he a great coach but an outstanding person. Eran is a great leader, communicator, and teacher. He will build a program that will make the University and state of Hawai’i very proud. As an alumnus I couldn’t be more excited about the direction of the men’s basketball team. I hope the state will rally around him and help create one of the best home courts in America.”
– Mark Campbell, Associate Head Coach, Oregon State University Women’s Basketball

“Eran is like a son to us, when he called to say he got the job, we told him how proud we are of him. He’s grown to be a man of impeccable character and we know he’ll do an outstanding job. We congratulate him and look forward to him coming home. We’re also very thankful for the job Benjy did this season. He picked up the pieces and ran with it and the team did a remarkable job.”
– Ruth Ono, former UH Board of Regent, avid men’s basketball supporter

“Even after he left, Eran has always come back and he’s spent a lot of time here in Hawai’i. It’s like a second home to him and his heart is here. I’m glad he’s getting the chance to come back and I wish him well.”
– Ernest Nishizaki, Principal, Acumen Advisors

“I’m really excited about the news of Coach Ganot getting the head coaching job at UH. He used to always say that this was his dream job. It was always obvious to us players that he was going to be a really successful basketball coach. He is one of the few coaches that I have ever had who was a great mix of basketball IQ, work ethic, and psychology of a great coach and I think this is going to be a perfect opportunity for him and I’m sure he can’t wait to get to work recruiting and building his team.”
– Bill Amis, former UH basketball forward (2007-11)

“I’m very excited for my good friend Eran and for UH for selecting him as head coach. Eran will work hard and be a true professional in leading the program. He’s a young coach who will be able to relate to players which I think is important. I wish him and UH the best of luck in the coming seasons! Go Bows!”
– Matt Lojeski, former UH guard (2005-07) and
current member of Olympiacos Basketball Club (Greece)

“I’m so happy for Eran. He deserves this job and will do great. He’s the true definition of a gym rat and hard worker. I’ve known Eran for seven years and have not come across a better person. Eran was the reason I came to the University of Hawai’i and although I was never able to play for him, we have stayed close. There is no doubt in my mind that he will have great success by doing it the right way.”
– Zane Johnson, former UH guard (2010-12)

  1. Sounds like a great hire. Coach Benjy did a fantastic job this past season, and I’m confident he’ll get hired elsewhere.

  2. bigdaddy, weighing isaac’s options when he’s home sounds like the right thing to do. i’m sure he has many fantastic offers out there, but i hope he considers staying in hawaii. all the fans out here love him and i know his such an important figure to his teammates. i’m sure that ganot – a coach who specializes in coaching guards – would love the opportunity to be isaac’s coach. if all the guys stick together then i’m sure UH basketball will be more successful than last year. whatever decision you and isaac make, i know isaac has a very bright future.

  3. *he’s* such an important figure…

  4. LUCKY WE LIVE HAWAII

Hawaii is one of the most beautiful places on the face of this earth. It is a place where you only need one set of seasonal clothing, no need to put up the top of the car when the clouds bless us and we are surrounded by nature’s blue ocean to relax us when we are in need. It is also the home of public servants who believe in mediocrity.

Ask anyone who has worked for the local government…you are immediately put into place by being told, “Eh, you looking to make us look bad by working so hard?” Such is the mindset of those who run UH Manoa. They fight over the all mighty dollar and divide it up accordingly by those who are relegated to being in charge. They insulate their decisions by having committees that “help” make the decision on anything controversial. Such was the case in forming an “Advisory Committee” made up of four people that all work for Captain Bley. Perform badly and you will get the axe. Perform exceptionally and you will get the axe…unless you are part of the Old Boy Network. The current chancellor makes the decisions for the athletic department, make no mistake thinking it is the AD, and he, in turn, insulates the President from getting a finger pointed at him. They have done it with June Jones, Riley Wallace and now with the two Bball coaches that have had a 5 year winning record. Make no mistake, the scheduling will not get better as that is just the way it is in being 2,500 miles away from the mainland and playing in the Big West Conference. Captain Bley has a mindset that athletics simply takes away from the dollars that should be better spent on Academia.

With that said, I do whole heartedly want to welcome our new coach, eh-RON and wish the very best for our basketball program.

As for RECRUITMENT, the most important thing he can do now is start by re-recruiting the current players here as they all will be recruited by a number of mainland colleges who follow the situation and know that UH has a huge number of 3+ star players who are sadly broken hearted by this decision. To them and their Ohanas, I say this: You all stuck together this past season and overcame such obstacles and you are all, to a man, so much better for it. Today, you have another hurdle in life and your decision you make now will be with you for the rest of your life.

If this team stays together, next season will bring even more rewards to be shared by each other. If you leave and start over again, who is to say that this same scenario will not play out again?

Since success on the court or the field is not something that the UHAD cares about, I would suggest for all of us, as fans, to watch out for the next steps.

    1. How many current players will return?

    2. Who, if anyone, from the current coaching squad will Eran choose to keep?

    3. Will Eran offer Jackson Wheeler a job?

    4. If not enough players return, will UHAD use the NCAA self imposed option and add even more self imposed sanctions in responding to the NCAA in 3 weeks?

    5. If Eran gets all these players to stay, will he actually have a better season or not next year?

GO BOWZ…You Are the only game in town!

  5. Recruiting is the name of the game right now. Starting with the returning players.

  6. Important that UH reaches out and thanks Benjy personally. Wish he had chance, however Matlin choice. If he is film room guy, look at all players , see how best to use. Before that, Eran reach out to Benjy, staff and players. Say he wants to continue upward trend. Probably , not expensive hire, we shall see.
and thanks Gib for your recruits creating 94 wins over last 5 years.

Bigdaddy94, as TAVS states, whatever best for Isaac, he shows true loyalty to Benjy. Hope Eran reach out to him too.

Now we see recruits that Eran can sign this month and deal with ncaa sanctions , limitations..that is challenge too.

UH MBB decide best for your futures, get those degrees!
    Go Warriors!!
    🙂
Award Banquet, hope Benjy there? If not, we thank you Benjy, so much,
still know nationally huge respect for you..you will have Benjy Ball going again, would love to see your team play UH next year!!
Now we wait…movement or summer leagues?

  7. If Fleming stays, good. If Fleming leaves, good. Whatever he wants to do is fine with me. And good luck and best wishes. You want everybody to be at peace with their decisions. Of course, we want him to stay here to develop as both a person, and as a player, and get his degree. So let’s not cry if he decides to go elsewhere. These things happen all the time when there is a coaching change. That’s life. If anybody else leaves I wish them luck too.

  8. Backbeat and Pono…that is key…whether Benjy or Eran…the current team..
recruiting them, despite what some say , cannot leave program…anyone can.

Hope juniors to be do. And maybe sophs to be.
think 2 seniors definite will stay.

Eran, like Backbeat said , and you would know, retire Riley at 60, then put hard late situation on Bob Nash, the Hawaii deal..political
just have to keep team and admin happy.
follow Benjy example, despite distractions and noise kept focused and team unreal wiining season fun ball

    Benjy, we love you man
    forever!!
    Go Bows!!

  9. Jackson not interested in returning to coaching. He said he’s an assoc. professor at UH now. I think he’s kind of old like a few of us too.
    ———————————————————————————————————-
SOME of the current players will have to adjust to showing more respect to assistant coaches, etc. (see Dave R column). Are they willing to do that ?
He met with the players earlier in the morning.

Eran will have to adjust to being a head coach by on-the job training like Nash and Norm Chow, although he was HC for 5 games in 2013-14. He said it involves a lot, like making decisions during the games, media relations, running practices, working with staff, etc.

He has a blueprint but believes in keeping the offense simple and tailoring it to the strengths of the team. Is high on player development and having high quality people who want to be in Hawaii.
    ———————————————————————————————————-
He recognized the past season’s staff and players for the great job they did. As did the chancellor who said “WE pulled it off … a great season” and thanked Benjy.

Eran said he knows the history of UH basketball and even met Red Rocha before. Spoke of Larry Little and Riley Wallace who gave him his first job in Hawaii.

  10. Ganot won’t have much of a budget to work with. He will have less than the approx. $700,000 salary pool that Gib had to fund the HC, three assistants and the director of operations salaries ( SA article today).

  11. I’d like to hear what the players think of Ganot. I think he’s fair, he doesn’t look like a Coach that’ll have people say drove a returning recruit away to another school or throwing anyone of them under a bus.

Go Get Em Coach Ganot. Hook Em Up and Reel Em In

  12. My only reservation for this hire is that he was a part of the final down years of Wallace, a part of the debacle that was Bob Nash’s tenure, and St. Mary’s hasn’t quite been as strong the past couple years (still pretty good).

Other than that it appears to be a decent hire to eliminate everybody related to Arnold’s previous staffs.

Hopefully UH doesn’t lose any players via transfer. On the bright side, many of the key players due back have already used their redshirt/transfer year, so it’s not likely they would be too interested in lower division basketball or wasting a precious year of eligibility. There’s really only one underclassman to worry about transferring.

The biggest challenge for Ganot is to install some discipline with the players. It’s pretty clear that Benjy let his guys run wild. At least Arnold had a better grip on the off the court issues as noted by him dismissing or suspending trouble makers as necessary.

  13. From the credentials that have been presented to us on Ganot it looks like it could be a 50/50 chance of success. I honestly like his basketball experience coming fom a small D3. Don’t know enough about the college he attended but one can usually assume it was for the education and he just was given the ability to play ball as well. so i will assume he is a pretty smart guy. His references sound very pleased with his ability to succeed and the fact that he is a gym rat shows that he is probably the first one in and out of the door. It shocked me to see that he was a volunteer assistant and then immediately brought into basketball operations probably at a very young age.

There looks to be plenty of upside to this hire now it comes down to how can he connect with the players current and potential incoming? To me it just appeared that Benjy clicked with all of the players they currently have but maybe had a little bit too losose of a leash. I hope that Ganot can grab hold of the reigns a bit and keep control of some of the guys who run rampant according to stories. Just because he is young does not mean he deserves any less respect than any of the other coaches should receive. Maybe the age will allow the team to connect a bit more. Hey you cant forget about brad stevens, ex coach of Florida Gulf Coast, who brought a never heard of team to the sweet sixteen. Trampling some pretty big named schools in the process. If he has to, in order to get the respect he deserves, suspend some players to keep them on their toes if they act up.

  14. I haven’t ready any of the comments yet but I liked the little sniper from speech from Ganot on SA site. I am positive for the future and hope we can get this program going to the correct direction. How many conference tournament wins has there been since Wallace. I hope Ganot is a fast study on pressing defenses!

  15. Need the horses to be a national contender. A coach who can instil discipline, work ethic and produce a team that becomes a champion. Coach Wooden according to a book I read that was written by a former player describe the aspects of why he became such a successful coach.

I will later note some aspects of that book which gives some insights to Wooden’s success at UCLA.
Although this book was not about his team’s success but it reflected strongly on this man’s attitude, beliefs and the concern for people and family that made him who he was and how that allowed him to achieve success in his work and life.

  16. Well, The Eran Ganot era officially begins..

hope the team, whomever on the roster, will play for Hawaii, the University, the fans, and of course their own ohana. I am sure, even the parents of team members, want their sons to follow discipline too. Benjy was fun guy, I loved watching him on sidelines, he really emotional, and let guys play. Something that old and new fans liked, let them make mistakes. We knew, at least throughout the year, from his Interim hire, the players said, they wanted Benjy at least for this YEAR.. and what a year it was, I will never forget.. hope Benjy’s 22 wins are never vacated, even if they were, 22 wins, against all odds, hmmm, sounds like a story for movie or short piece in espn the magazine, have to start writing one !

Go Bows. And Benjy ,you will not be forgotten, you did something Very Special ! Take care of yourself and your family. WE LOVE YOU ALL and Mahalo and Aloha ! Come back with your New Team, for RBC or DHC !!
    🙂
staying positive.. Go get em Eran Ganot !!

  17. As to getting “the horses.” Hawaii has unique aspects to its program, one being it is 2500 miles away from California. So it is more difficult to recruit to than a college on the mainland. Beeman has also noted this, she often looks for some connection the player has to Hawaii.

  18. islandman..

unless you know Da Kine, which is NOT good type of recruiting.. inner city, the urban, street ball, athletes.. and just the length, and quicks verts. of Nevels, Smith, Bobbitt, Thomas, Valdes, NWC,Fleming, even walkon Brocke Stepteau, super quick..yes,

For Gib and Benjy to recruit those athletes, and majority the close the deal with those althetic types.. man that is hard to do, and to get some 3 star plus athletes, even harder..
Eran, go the NZ, Australia route.. or have the Cali NorCal connection.. you say from New Jersey, has he recruited, NYC, DC, Florida, Georgia, Delaware, where they have some reall athletic ballers.

Back in the day, yes, Rocha, O’Neil, even Larry Little, and Riley got some.. if they team guys.. they were great..
we shall see. see.. I really kind of excited. see how pans, out, RECRUITING season of UH guys begins already..and if Eran, can sign some late guys..
I still say, local HS ballers, call Eran, with chance to walkon one year.. just chance em.. would want to see more local. at least couple play more minutes.. if they can handle DI speed and BB skill.

Eran, going to be same, if not harder challenges recruiting to Hawaii, Gib and Benjy, Brandyn, Fish, did pretty good job.. that is why UH won the 94 games over last 5 years..

  19. Hey islandman: You think Jackson going say, if Eran and UH MBB team win 15 games, or was it Jeff P., the hoopstalkers.. that Eran will be coach of the year? Ha, Ha..

I just hope, the guys , and really Bobbitt, Smith, they are push type of guards, on O and D, however, have to implement, good Half Court and patience for good shots to win game too.

Plus the travel, however Eran was here for Wallace and Nash, so he went on those wild WAC road trips.. which, except for I think Savo led team, very hard to win road games.
the altitude and far travel.. BWC.. shorter, however still road games..

I think, Eran is All Basketball, and Wants Team all in, and All pay attention, and Do things his way.. which is really a structured type of Ball team.. It will work if returnees and whatever guys Eran can bring in.. buy into TEAM.. same thing whether Rocha or Eran.. TEAM first.. something that Benjy and The Bows did this year.. they really came together.. at end..

  20. Janks says he’s excited, per Gary D (at least for now).

  21. Brian McInnis @Brian_McInnis · 23m 23 minutes ago

F Stefan Jankovic about the players’ reaction to new coach Eran Ganot: “As far as I know everyone’s giving him a chance, as they should.”

  22. That’s Great, I hope none of them changes their minds during the summer. I hope Ganot keeps in contact with all of the returning players even during the summer if it’s legal. Can’t coach em but it should be okay to keep in touch with them, right?

It reads like Ganot is a workaholic so… .

Go Get Em Coach Ganot! Hook Em Up and Reel Em In!

  23. Well, Benji received my sympathy vote, on the surface it appears U of H admin set the playing court less than level against him. However, IMHO, do believe hiring Ganot is the best thing decision.

Let’s see who he gets on staff, these folks will be major gets. Soon to be followed by what “quality” recruits can be bring in. And, all this in the midst of any NCAA sanctions….it’ll be a tough situation.

So what does success look like for next season? Wishing him and the “team” well.

  24. On sports animals, Eran said he is expecting the players to stay in Hawaii for the summer to get together, build team chemistry and train i assume. I don’t know if they will travel home for awhile, etc.

As far as recruits, he is not just going to sign just to beat the deadline, but wants to get the right guy(s). He said he can look for recruits in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Europe and California, etc. Can look for transfers too.

He will watch film of his current players and try to adjust his blueprint to the strengths of the players. Will meet individually with the players and the current staff.

  25. not even mentioning UHAdmin. that has cut Ganots funds that’s for his Staff’s salary.

good opportunity for Ganot but it’s an uphill battle. #1 besides hiring the Staff, does he have possible recruits lined up, maybe some that he was in touch with at St. Mary’s? I don’t think it’s off limits, it’s a dog eat dog world out there recruiting plus his job is virtually already on the line with every eye watching him.

What about Jackson Wheeler, I’d like to see if he’s still got it

  26. I think we will win right away.
20 wins, or as Flemming said, top 25.
I truly like the connection to Riley Wallace.
Much Mahalo to Coach Benjy. Hope he gets a chance somewhere Soon!
And welcome to Hawaii all over again Coach Ganot!

  27. as a recruiter and coach as he said keep it simple….i guess he won’t take chances, high risk high reward with recruits as gib did…in the four years gib recruited troubled players…it backfired so my guess is that we won’t be getting any top recruits/transfers that need a second chance…i’d be surprised if he can even bring in a 2 star player this recruiting class or decent jr college player

  28. Still I count about 7 out of 10 calls to sport animals
benjy not given chance, even one year to see fruits of his labor

Know janks, sammis were hedging and upset when gib fired, really upset, whole team
janks benjy wanted to effort all the time and rebound defend, many games janks tantrum out..butt heads with benjy
not surprising janks happy with change..thing is
wallace mentored eran? Wallace discipline and tough sob…janks or other guy not want to play defense or get bigger better, eran will sit them down, even how riley and gib did
janks great talent, at mizzou 242…he should be 248..strong..watch eran will work guys even harder,,he wants effort and defending, if not eran will yank them out
huge difference from benjy having to cater to 12 egos..
that is what will help janjjanks get better..
eran wants whomever returning, or remember , 1 year player review?
Eran can dismiss guys from team not renew scholie, if they not on board..

Many people, thousands except riley camp happy with eran..I have nothing against eran..just wish benjy had 2 more years..he worked his arse off

Eran…riley ball, and he will be the boss, not yelling..that is good thing
discipline and punishment if guys don’t go hard
janks be 6’11” 248 and strong, rebound and drive to rim, dunk on guys and 1000% effort he can be good..
wonder if nwc backnfrom canada..eran wants all guys her spring workouts and summer workouts

Janks , you can do it, grind..you can be all bwc..

  29. Recruiiting not east coast, midwest, south..he says, Australia, new zealand,
    Socal and norcali…
should be intersting if new recruits and returnees give effort on court, off court in class
    represent and love hawaii
sounds like gib and benjy..same selling point and expectations for uhmbb
the toughest ncaa mbb program in nation to be succesful
captain bley, matlin..might as well let young guy endure any ncaa battles

    And fans
still huge battlev, that gib migh win..gib vs ncaa and uhadmin contract wording, monies alleged owed

    That is next battle
    we forget
that is gib vs bley , lassner, powers , I hope he wins some ..and makes bley, matlin,lassner..and anti benjy gin camp suffer, only fair..

From a pea brain ? Dave Reardon..just no class at all..calling fans names and alienating uh fans from UH
Totally no class, no high character person, and no apologies!

  30. Eran, going be toughest first year of his 33 years on earth
uhadmin..have their boy…he lose games..like norm chow..keep him till final year
    wins not important remember
who by show of hands wants to see 14-18,12-20 and finally 7-25 seasons next 3 years? Not me and thousands social media and hawaii power controlled talk hosts back the power and chice..fans of benjy hissed..still..amazing..

Might as well support UH HILO…MBB
Wins mean alot, no one likes losers..
I guess guys nice boys, grades, they have 3 losing seasons, matlin say eran his boy high character first. After 3rd losing season , give him 2 year extension..
    just being real
I hope team does well..eran will age very fast…
good thing cheap hire, unless buyout clause for 1.5 million in fine print!!
    :€

  31. Our program is bigger than any one person , time to get behind and support Ganot, we all hope the best for him and our program moving forward . As for Gib vs Bley, it aint that Runbows, Gib got paid off properly and fairly and that’s all our tax payers monies , mine and yours that mr Greedy is going after, so the Fibber can stick it where the sun don’t shine my bruddah.

  32. Eran should award dyrbe, zach, and brocke scholarships if guy goes…they busted butts too!!fair high character, darn right..

Benjy nation still very loud and will go after admin, dave r. And just lousy no aloha!!

  33. RunBows, this aint pop warner. you give scholarships to people who deserve it, and effort doesnt win you a scholarship if you arent talented. none of those three are D1 athletes. lets just be honest.

  34. Well , Runbows , you obviously like to have your tax payers monies go to unworthy causes such as
the Gib bank account . Go ahead write him a check , he made more money in four years than many do in forty years . Will all your assets to the Gib Arnold legal fund.

  35. Isaac pro?

  36. It’s silly to give a walk-on a scholarship just because they bust their butts in practice. You get a scholarship because you can play at the division I level based on performance. Aaron Valdes was a walk-on and proved he could play and do it in the classroom. Players need to be in the rotation to get meaningful minutes. Enos, Buscher, and Steptau will get little or no playing time and will get splinters on the bench unless they improve their games a lot better. That’s the way it is. Every scholarship is valuable. Players have to earn it on how they play, not only for practicing hard.

Ganot is not here to be a nice guy. He’s here to win ball games.

  37. Great interview with Benjy on Kanoa Leahy’s maui radio show. Benjy..still take high charactet high road..encourage guys stick together, work with eran, they can be special again. Under microscope all year, now agenda people , had planned sometime to get eran back as head coach..he can be successful..because he has support, not micro managemanaged, watched every move..defends his team character againast ANY allegations..says would like to write book about this season..feels well about eran..talked to guys..heard news of eran getting job on radio..waited..hoping mistake..then sad he did not get it..uhdmin agenda people have their man..and he wish them best..say ones make hire will answer..success or not..appreciates overwhelming support from hawaii fans

Thinks the nexynext move take time off..wants to stay in hawaii..be with kids..and laughingly shoutout to artie wilson, he be co host with artie on On Point radio show ..be antithesis of hoopstalk..said two on two would no doubt beat wheeler and portnoy..I wish he would be on radio or OC SPORTS..Benjy knows a lot loves hawaii and uhmbb..wants to follow team so with him or without knows they can win BWC..

SAYS it drains him to take high road, the proffesional and personal attacks..deflectss..always thought about boys, the team not himself..maybe should think more of himself now going forward
says at 75000.00 when came to hawaii as assistant 5 years ago..with kids and wife led to hard times..
now just take time get sleep move forward..UH GOT THEIR GUY IN..no ill will toward team or eran.

Man , still brings me to tears..and for very few bloggers that go against benjy , he has more support, than even I thought..around country too..
    that matlin is high character..
wish eran and bows best moving forward..benjy , senque, brad and brandon prepared you all for next year..work your butts off..win that bwc!!

BENJY TAYLOR MUCH MORE A TRUE HUMBLE MAN..THEN CAPTAIN BLEY AND VIDEO IT PRES. LASSNER AND WHEELER PORTNOY..AND LOUSY REARDON!!
    €:
    GO BOW!!
PEOPLE STILLL HISSED AT UH FOR WAY BENJY TREATED..WHAT GOES AROUND WILL COME BACK AND BITE THEM..WHEN UH LOSE accredidation..
hope. Not..still hissed..however hope eran keeps high octane team play!!
    🙂

  38. Hey Benjy do his own sports radio show on public radio, bet thousands of his fans will listen..could he take low baller wheeler one on one..he would kick his butt..
portnoy? He coached scott robbs kiddie badketball camp..do not think he ever played jv sports

Benjy , you done well..blogs, social media, battle with UH controlled radio show hosts except for artie
    johnny white is cool!!
    🙂

  39. Eran hit the recruiting trail, shooters , point guard , rebounding shot blocking bigs!!
Hope team will win more than 23 games.
he wants more tv games against higher rpi teams..maybe..tough to do..he knows..he was here rough times too!!

    Wish you best Eran..!
    🙂

  40. Runbows still crying you mad bro?

  41. Just read all the blog replies to Dave R. SA article, about Coaching change, and calling Benjy supporters Pea Brains… I did not know, never, that so many people share similar thoughts, their support and compassion for team and what Benjy did against all odds. Dave Reardon from knocking down Benjy when he is down, NOT HIGH CHARACTER at all, and an op ed writer, who does not let others have other opinion. Really no class person.

I am reading, blogs, tweets, national news blogs, other sites, even from across the ocean, just a lot of questions, not bashing Eran, though he is young and never had several years HC experience and great success, and high character,. he is in for a tough go.. must be 75% or more of the blogs, the real people, they are the ticket holders, paying the University and buying the SA in print or sub online, and they get called Pea Brains, just so juvenile..

And Dave R., is a supporter of change, because he KNOWS something, about Benjy..? rumor, speculation, and same with Sports Animals, and their butts being owned by UH…Norm Chow losing FB coach, retained, Benjy winning coach, and any anti Me on the forum.. could you have done any better, No man with more class, more guts, than Benjy Taylor, that he did not fight back, name calling, and going after, admin, hard, he wanted , and insulated team from people, or tried to, the negative noise and venom from people like Dave R…awful, He should write article apologizing however he will never do that. Pea brained , ? I guess.

Just, shows., Benjy , high road, Admitted, honest his mistakes, he was told to apply, though he knew NO real support all year.. thought he might have chance. however he never did, because of guys like Dave R. Totally No class, low class person. Not a fan of UH, and certainly made many people, dislike him AND the UHadmin for the way they did things with hiring of HC for reasons, unknown, yet Dave R. knows, he cannot say.. What? Pea Brain? And that writer, for supporters of not hiring Benjy or giving him a chance, that IS YOUR SPOKESMAN? awful..we fans Have more Character, higher Character and Morals, fairness, and compassion, then this former, op ed person..

Love You Benjy, You don’t deserve this bashing, or no support from radio guys, and op ed , two, Ferd L. and Dave R., No class at all. AND THEY REPRESENT UHADMIN insiders.. we are in trouble.

Eran, you sure you don’t want to change your mind? Oh yeah, you got support of admin.. just have to win games, not just Character like Norm Chow.. win , out do what Benjy did, win the DHC, and win the BWC.. fans giving you a chance, Benjy No chance at all he had.. I hope he writes that book,,or espn, does an article on him.. like how Riley had the book written about his 27 game win season.

  42. Enough with the Benjy stuff already. Stop living in the past and support the current coach and players. He did a commendable job but now it’s Ganots show.RB are you a true fan or a Gib and Benjy fan. Get over it.

  43. Hey everyone lets all say it together the head coach of the University of Hawaii basketball team is… Eran Ganot. Thanks Benjy for what you’ve done. Enough mentioning him already he will be more then fine. Honestly might be a blessing in disguise for him he could get another opportunity with a program that isn’t about to get sanctions whatever that is

  44. Fleming should stay and play for Coach Eran. Coach Eran will get him in the NBA like he did with Matthew Delladova. Fleming will start all next year, instead of sitting out the whole year elsewhere.

  45. I like Benjy and Artie On Point Show versus Hoopstalk with Jackson and Jeff P. that would be fun.
    the antithesis..

Well everyone entitled to opinion,… pono, jjay, etc, there are a lot more upset, and were supportive, despite whatever, about coach Taylor, myself included, I did not know what he would accomplish. I hope he does stay in Hawaii, he still has 3 great pre grad HS kids here, I am sure they love it, Benjy has learned, family, family and that is great. I hope he does get a sports related, even with KITV, or KGMB, or KHON..some sports show or reporter. He has several college degrees, smart guy..if he can stick around and be in Hawaii next year, he too, taking HIGH CHARACTER HIGH GROUND..
Wants to see team AND ERAN do well, he believes with admin total support , Eran can do it.

From a guy really brokehearted about not getting the HC job, That my fellow fans, and friends, jjay, pono, etc, IS a Real Man, just like us, Not Perfect, nobody is.. however he won 22 games, against whatever teams and SOS, however more games than any other UH MBB coach in about 13 years, and in the title game of conference tourney , first time, in about, 13 years.. or so.. That was great.. Benjy, I hope, the support is here, I believe it will be, if you stay in Hawaii for next year., or move on.

WE LOVE YOU BENJY and YOUR TEAM and Their Families.. and never will we call you or your family or fellow MBB fans, with differing opinions, ..deragatory names..

I am excited to see what Eran can do , in re recruiting The Team, see whom he can get on board, I believe he will let them play pressure D, and develop better half court sets,.. something I was confident, Benjy would have implemented this year.. and HE can lock in a couple of good recruits.

Go Eran and The Bows.. Hope Eran you have a good career at UH !!
    🙂

  46. Stay tuned

UH answer to NCAA and NCAA response, going to take awhile, I think they will send response soon by April 30th.

    Then the BIG one, ongoing.

Gib vs UH, contract and monies owed ? because of admin writing poorly worded contracts.
Gib vs NCAA and alleged allegations, which were real manini, however Amanda did her job.

I hope Gib , Brandyn, who have awesome families, and Isaac Fotu, their names are cleared, they can move on, which in a way they have, and How Can, even Eran not recognize, the team he is trying to re-recruit are Gib, , Brandyn recruits.. very athletic group, and very nice young guys. That fun loving, video NBA2K playing team, and social media gurus.. ! I like the team..

I try to be eternal optimist.. wish the best for Gib, Brandyn, Isaac Fotu and their families, things are resolved, and for Bigdaddy94 and Isaac Fleming whatever the decision. we loved Isaac Fleming’s incredible talent, one of best freshmen, besides, Melton Werts, 6’9″ 230 center, Reggie Carter 6’3″ NY All American HS guard, the late, and the late Chris Gaines 6’3″ Mr. Basketball Iowa a Frank Arnold recruit.. those were some very good true freshmen who averaged in double figures scoring, as true freshmen and major impact..

Isaac Fleming, very skilled and we enjoyed his passion.. even the T’s, by the BWC tournament, that was completely toned down, that is maturing..hope the best for Isaac going forward, with UH or moving on.. his decision.

  47. Gib case may go to arbitration, since he filed a grievance with UH over the contract handling.

He is covered by HGEA Unit 08 (Administrative, professional and technical employees of the University of Hawaii and the community colleges).

  48. Workouts set to begin next week, per SA article. He said he will go on the road for recruiting on Curran show today. He’s meeting with players and staff individually. He talks with the media such as on today’s Curran show. He has to hire his staff. How long will he have dark hair ?

Stef and Janks had positive comments in today’s article.

  49. Runbows not even at pea brain level. He should take that as a compliment.

  50. islandman:

I hope, and it looks like maybe, Janks, Stef, Dyrbe preferred who should be offered a scholarship for loyalty, through 3 coaches and working so hard,
Isaac Fleming , we don’t know.
Bobbitt and Quincy, two NorCal guys, they will be seniors, can have great senior year’s
Brocke Stepteau, I don’t know. preferred walkon
Zach Bushcer, remember his boyhood dream? From ball boy to UH MBB player, hope he decides to stick around, though much opportunity for Zach, sure that he has gotten stronger.
    NWC.. I am not sure.
    MT….not sure.
AV….used RS year, he will be Jr. like MT.. think that they hopefully have done well In school,
AV will actually be a 4th year student at UH, and Jr in Basketball .. so if he really pumped it up in school, got the credits. he could graduate next summer. and be pau with UH MBB..He would have earned his degree. possible , I don’t know.

Now, you think about is islandman and Warrior MBB fan nation, man, these 13 guys, preferred and scholarship.. since October, they have been through a lot.. hope they do well in school, and make best decisions for themselves..
Key that Eran, if he says PEOPLE first, he is not trying to change style too much, give them some freedom, however control the emotions, some, and keep them on board in class, on the court and in the community.. which,.. Gib Arnold, actually was MORE like Riley Wallace than most people thought… the pull the guy, if turn ball over, made major boo boo, and keeping guys off road trip, because not going to class or falling behind in school. Gib was Actually of the generation of Old School, discipline and running team. Benjy had to keep 14 guys, with different mindsets, and maybe thinking, well he is only Interim.. keeping MBB program from falling apart..What Benjy did, even locally, a company, Radio, TV, news, sports organization.. don’t know if he can teach, know he has several degrees.. whether could teach at local colleges.. or even work with BB skills company, maybe work with Geremey Robinson.. that would be something, Geremey and Benjy , working with Hawaii youth to get them up to speed, so that they will be DI prospects every year from local HS teams.. can it be done? Almost against all odds? Yes, Benjy and the Bows did it this year..

The Awards Banquet, if Benjy if there, should have an emotional aloha and appreciation for all that he has done, too bad, like Von Appen who was assigned to teach at UH after FB termination as HC, and Even Red Rocha, oversaw, I think facilities, or equipment? at UH still on payroll, and Jackson? ahhhhhh ha ha.. a Tenured associate professor.. If Benjy could teach at UH?

He is giving, per Kanoa Leahy’s sports radio interview, a lot of indication that he and family LOVE Hawaii, it IS HIS HOME now.. and would like to watch team do well and win BWC.. as well as maybe find something to do in Hawaii.. if the Benjy supporters , movers and shakers. really show aloha, and thanks.. and are able to do so.. powerful enough and connected.. would not be surprised, if Benjy is working somewhere in Hawaii this coming fall until next summer, or beyond..For a guy to live here going on 6 years.. He is the real deal. Kamaaina, and so are his young kids.. !

  51. Pupule:

never name call, or is it from p…, p…, time..
whomever you are, PONO, gibno, Jake, I think same negative person gal or guy.

just move on, short blurbs.. just a young coed making fun of the Warrior nation forum..
We support the team, I hope they get their degrees, or go to overseas pro ball.. if option and money is there, interesting, in China, Japan, and Philippines, money is there for USA/ Canada, the hotbed now, for BB talent.

  52. No compliment yourself. Just making fun of your comments and ur TRUE LOVE for Benjy and Gib! When u move on ( who knows if that will EVER happen) then there will be a sigh of relief that you are finally maturing enough to match that old age u r constantly trumpeting. If the pea fits……

  53. ALRIGHT BENJY TAYLOR !! HIGH CHARACTER MATLIN AND BLEY CAPTAIN OF UH SHIP?
BENJY TAYLOR , REAL MAN, MATURED, AND
HE TWEETS, GOING ON WITH THE APRIL AWARDS BANQUET.

HE AND GARY PAYTON SR. WILL HONOR THIS YEAR’S TEAM !!

THAT SHOW A LOT OF CLASS. BENJY COULD HAVE JUST SAID , SHOVE IT.. HE DID NOT ~~
MAN , I SHED MORE TEARS.. UH TORE HIM APART, REARDON, FERD TOO. AND SOME ANTI BENJY PEOPLE..

THANKS BENJY, LOOKING FORWARD TO HEARING SOME OF THE AWARDS BANQUET AND PAYTON’S SPEECH.. SHOULD BE FUN.. AND ISN’T THAT FIRST RATE HAWAII STYLE.. DOES HE GET IT.. ? HAWAII , AND FOR THE TEAM, PEOPLE FIRST.. YESSIR..

PUPULE, PONO, JAKE, GIBNO.. THAT IS A REAL MAN.. THANKS BENJY TAYLOR.. HONOR THIS YEAR’S TEAM, THEN TRANSITION IN GREAT WAY !!
    🙂

  54. Div I basketball is cruel sometimes. e.g. Tyler Harville maybe couldn’t make it at St Mary’s, so he had to transfer. As someone said, they don’t give out sympathy scholarships.

Last time, i think i heard that Jackson handed out the awards at the banquet when Nash was released.

  55. No, YOU are the REAL MAN, Runbows. U r my hero and I LUV U MAN. I am drowning in my own tears right now! I can’t go on typing cuz I can’t see the keyboard. U had me at REAL MAN, RB. Sniffle, sniffle, cough, cough. Gotta go now and get my sobbing under control. I never knew there were people like you ( really I didn’t). See u at the banquet, right? PB

  56. Hey, I wonder if, not only Isaac, however if NWC thinking of future?
well, despite once again what anyone says.. the guys not locked into, staying, they could leave school, go work, or go down level, or pro overseas.. all types of levels..

the Human, People first element.. Eran has to talk to ASSISTANTS too, I know Brad, Brandon, Senque, interested in staying on.. poor Jamie Smith.. he came back just short time..
Keeping at least one or two.. would be good. if Eran wants the People First mentality.. think of the continuity.. That short assembled staff, was incredible, Que on board, and his boss fired, Gib.. then Benjy asks for, and Brandon Loyd promoted to full time assistant, and then Brad Autry, stellar, assistant coach and player development.. resume..

Eran, if he keeps one or two, or three in some capacity… just keeps that vibe, going from this past year.. very hard, whenever a change.. Only positive first time HC tenure, or interim that I recall at UH.. O’Neil’s Tom Henderson 1974 NIT led team 19 wins.. and Gib’s first year, Amis led team, and Gib’s scramble and gamble recruiting class, remember, I don’t know how.. rated one of the best in nation at that time? , 19 wins first year and 2nd round CIT.. , Then Benjy’s , and HE ALWAYS credits the guys, before himself..and you can tell Guys, did have aloha for Benjy.. they ASK Benjy how he doing what is going to happen to Him moving forward? He says, you guys, the team, finish strong in school, academics first.. and work hard, win that BWC.. and work with Eran. that is HIGH CHARACTER.. all the way through !

  57. Yep. Eran should just keep Benjy’s staff, players, and system. Brilliant idea Runbows! And you wonder why some people question brain size? Keep it coming man. I live for your comments now! Can’t live without them. Better than watching the crazies rant down on Fort Street. You are really one of a kind brah!

  58. Hahahaha runbows relax

  59. Benjy had a good year thanks! Appreciate all that he did, but the past is the past and we got a pretty solid looking hire that I think has the chance to bring us to that next level, I’m sure some of the players and fans see that once the emotional way of looking at it is in sight. This is also a clean fresh slate from the sanctioned staff under Gib, I understand why UH would want to distance themselves from all of that it’s common sense. So I’ll be cheering the home team on no matter what. No what ifs and suck like some others………

  60. WarriorDaily…just blogging..

Cannot wait for Ganot to announce any recruiting signings.. sure I support coach and the MBB team always have.

Lot of Politics…like any business or government.. and Media writers..

However. I hope most of guys stay, and play to win BWC and go to NIT or NCAA’s

Wish Eran and Team the Best..

Mahalo.. that is just what I do.. blog.. since home bound..and old!

    🙂

  61. HEY, Mahalo To Dayton Morinaga, Wes, WI staff, Valerie Schmidt, the Schmidt Ohana, Ameriprise, Pacific Risk Solutions.

AND the great and fun, WI forum members. We all have opinions and ideas, and loyalties, and I respect everyone’s, Always tried to take high road, like Benjy, however if I have offended ANYONE, man, coaches, athletes, UH administrators, and forum bloggers, I humbly Apologize. It has bee a wonderful time, and for me, because disabled , fun…since that is what I can do basically. Now concentrate on family and other more vital matters. Will Always love UH Men’s Basketball, I have always supported coaches, from Red to now Eran Ganot. Wish the best for upcoming season, and hope UH, who will have challenging times, with the Basketball program and athletics in general, will be very competitive. Hope that there are the monies to keep UH Athletics going for years.

That in itself is a HUGE CHALLENGE.. work together, and for ones like Gib Arnold, Mahalo for the recruits, and exciting Ball of your tenure, Thanks to Brandyn and his dear family, reason, the Arnolds and the Akanas are good people. It is about People, how we should treat one another. I hope that Gib, Brandyn and Isaac Fotu, have a good future. The Gib tenure, despite trials.. really got me and thousands of other fans interested in Men’s Basketball again.

And Finally, Benjy Taylor, sure he was Gib associate HC and good friend, not implicated in anything, an imperfect human, like we all are, however, he shows great heart, gives recognition to his athletes, and had one hell of a year, will never ever forget this year’s Men’s Basketball season. I would compare it to, NO in my mind, it exceeded even the most hardened fans, expectations. 22 wins, fantastic under such trial and tribulation. Benjy, you be a part of Hawaii, you have made a lot of friends, your kids are terrific, and you take care of them, and Hawaii people will, and are still supporting you. Be a Kamaaina for good ! Mahalo brother Benjy.

For, me, on all the forums as poorboy, cp3, and RunBows, this ends the blogging stage of my life. A little too much, so family and good support members, and for health reasons. .. shutting it down. Will still read the blogs, and ESPECIALLY Warrior Insider.. the BEST coverage of Men’s Basketball on the planet.

Tonganator, Ozi Mum, Aussie Mum, Bigdaddy94, MamaV, and all the families, thanks for your sons being part of UH Basketball program, last 5 years, awesome basketball talent. Best wishes to your sons, and their decisions of moving forward.

Mahalo Warrior Insider. .. RunBows.. says Aloha

  64. Take care and aloha

  65. Aloha ‘oe to Runbows ~

Please take care & be well.

    With best wishes,
    Kepola

  66. aloha and mahalo to RunBows.

    Aloha oe, aloha oe,
E ke onaona noho i ka lipo
One embrace, a hoi ae au,
    Until we meet again

  67. Aloha Runbows…

Although I don’t post very much (too busy as a school teacher / online UOPX instructor), I do read your posts from time to time and we do appreciate your passion for the team, the Hawaii program, and for the other UH fans who come here to post. Thank you for the welcoming aloha! I have a feeling we’ll see you in some capacity next year… but we take things one day at a time.

  68. Runbows, really no need to stop commenting. Maybe just comment a little less often.

Just watched Eran’s presentation for the first time. Seems like an excellent fit for Hawaii. I liked that he was emotional, candid, and remembered all the sports figures in attendance by name. He seems genuinely linked to Hawaii. His ‘keep it simple’ strategy is something we should all live by. He’s more interested in quality over quantity. It seems like everyone who knows him likes him a lot. I hope the players like him too and decide to stick together.

As for the coaching staff, I hope all except for Senque stay. Maybe it’s just my impression, but Senque always seemed a bit shady and kind of like a jerk.

  69. Runbows has a disease, a disease for this blog, Warrior Insider. He cannot stop himself, like an addiction. We won’t hold it against you Runbows. I predict you “will be BAACK”, a lot sooner rather than later. And when you do come back, please make it short. Hehe!

We’re going to the dance next year!

  70. Runbows, you forgot Pocho.

  71. Pocho AND my metrics/stats guy ..islandman..
pocho we go waaay back…hook em up , reel em in..
    I cannot remember all sorry..reason too..getting off blogging..concentrate..

Love you fans…violated my promise, however Hawaii , we give second chane yeah?
    Aurite!
    🙂
    Now Pau..

Please blog and let UH know it is The People, fans, community that support teams, student athletes and school
..much respect for you all..before I grt started…Pau!!
    Aloha!!
    🙂
Promise..again done..will read your posts, listen to your calls and support WI..!!

  72. He will be back the return of playhoopsa

  73. Never met a more passionate guy for UH MBB than you RunBows. This site will not be the same. Hope you drop in from time to time. It’s always a pleasure to hear you. Take care.

  74. I’ve read those words from RunBows the last time around. He couldn’t stay away from this site for very long. You all just wait and see

Let’s Go Bows! Let’s Go Bows! Let’s Go Bows!

  75. April 15th LOI, could be a telling day. lol

  76. No I am pau. Really mean it this time. Wait, maybe one or two or thirty more comments and then I wil stop, fo’ real. Not going anywhere. Sure as sun rising in the east RB will be back with more of those epic, nonsensical, multiple posts. Can hardly wait for the next love letter to Gib and Benjy. I give it til the banquet and then it will be like the dam bursting. Over/under on RB posts is at 15 and rising. Lol.

  77. LOL. hope it is all done and over it. too overwhelming

  78. Good to see so many fans taking on a positive view. I cant see it w the appointed crew, but naturally, hoping for the best. Our fans deserve good fortune.

  79. so far no news of any players leaving…i think each player is trying to get to know ganot before making any decisions…or either is just a storm waiting to happen

  80. Curious to see if Ganot allows Warrior Insider the same access as the prior coaching regime. It would be a shame to lose this great website…..Interesting how no one has brought this up over the last week. I would hate to see the douchebags lose their oppotumity to rip on the program or prior program……you all know who you are….

  81. Moi? A douchebag? Oh MB, I just love your turn of phrase. Could we have the NEW Runbows in our midst, ready to take over? We can only dream. Au reboot, mom cherie

  82. Au revoir. Pardonez moi. After all I am such a douchebag can’t even get my French right. But don’t worry MB there are other sites you can “contribute” to. Look forward to your incisive analysis.

  83. this site is a bit slow, since someone is not posting comments anymore, for now.

  84. Dayton,Val , time to give this site a rest and vacation till summer league starts . Thanks ,Warrior Insider

  85. All quiet on the Western Front. No news until there are recruits visiting or committing, or players intending to leave, or new staff hires, or new information regarding the NCAA investigation. We are back to normal. That BT saga was actually sickening.
