InZane Video and DaBeast Films from Montana
The last road trip was an unenjoyable one for the Hawaii basketball team for obvious reasons.
The Warriors went 0-3, and spent 10 consecutive days in cities that are not exactly considered tourist destinations: Missoula (Montana), El Paso (Texas) and Ruston (Louisiana).
The on-court road woes from that trip have been well-documented, so don’t expect any game footage here. Instead, WarriorInsider.com once again handed a camera to senior Zane Johnson and sophomore Davis Rozitis for some behind-the-scenes video.
This road trip was so long, Johnson and Rozits shared camera duties. In the first video below Johnson’s “InZane Video” offers a view of Missoula from the team bus, followed by a peak inside the practice gym at El Paso. Johnson actually interviews Rozitis in this episode, and discovers that the Riga airport in Latvia is larger than the airport in Missoula.
In the second video, Rozitis’s “DaBeast Films” bears through the waiting in the Missoula airport by interviewing assistant coach Scott Fisher.
Johnson and Rozitis captured more scenes from the road trip, and more videos will be posted in the days to come.
I missed it: Was InZane Videos or DaBeast Films up for an Academy Award? Good stuff, guys.
